Mercy of God Mission

“TO EQUIP, EMPOWER, AND ENCOURAGE THE BODY OF CHRIST TO MAKE DISCIPLES LOCALLY AND GLOBALLY”
Prophetic Awareness & Healing Ministries (PAAHM) is called to share the Gospel and extend the love of Christ. Through conferences and revivals we teach people how to apply biblical truth to every aspect of their lives and encourage God’s people to serve the world around them. Through our missions arm, Mercy of God Mission, we provide global humanitarian aid, feed the hungry, cloth the poor, minister to the elderly, widows and orphans, carry out medical missions, visit prisoners and reach out to people of all ages and in all walks of life. Prophetic Awareness & Healing Ministries is built on a foundation of faith, integrity with dedicated supporters who share this call. The heart of Mercy of God Mission World Missions is to share Christ compassion with others and demonstrate His love in practical ways around the world. And every day, that’s what we’re committed to doing. Each time you join with us in this mission, you play an important part in someone else’s struggles and you make it possible for a life to be changed. Give a special gift today!
For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.
Matthew 25:35-36,40 NLT. The Backbone of Mercy of God Mission
...I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!
Right now, your support to partner with Mercy of God Missions we will be able to reach out and feed more children on a regular basis in Jinja Uganda, Nakuru Kenya, India, Southern Sudan, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe and Bostwana! For many, these meals are the only food they receive. One of the things we’re most excited about is how we’re able to spiritually impact these children and their families for Jesus Christ. More than 90% of our feeding programs have a spiritual component. One way we accomplish this is through our partnership with One Hope to supply many of our feeding centers. When you support these programs, you are changing these children’s lives and the lives of those around them.
Last year we began holding short-term medical outreach in Kenya and Uganda cities, places where the need is the greatest. Our volunteer doctors and nurses, who serve with our teams at their own expense, diagnose and treat these precious people, dramatically improving their quality of life.
To date, we have:
Been contacted by additional cities in these two countries and other east African countries for such presence. Thanks to you, these efforts are multiplied many times over. You are helping save people’s lives—both physically and spiritually. Through our short-term and long-term outreaches, you’ve helped us offer free medical and optical care in these countries and more to come.
Over 2.2 million people die every year from parasites and other waterborne illnesses. Water is something most people take for granted, however it’s a vital necessity we can’t live without! The good news is that by the end of this year, we will be partnering with organizations worldwide to install fresh-water wells to date in East African countries.
From past experiences people come for the water, then stay for the weekly service or to receive prayer. Providing fresh water is such a great demonstration of God’s love, and it opens their hearts to want to know more about Jesus Christ. We also hear story after story of entire villages coming to Christ and enjoying new freedom. And it all began with offering something as simple as fresh water.
It is one of our mandates to “set the captives free” with the Word of God, and reclaim our youth, adults and their families for the Kingdom of God. We are committed through prayer, spiritual guidance, mentoring, and education to be the “salt of the world” and minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ to juveniles and incarcerated adults, and to the best re-acclimate them back into the societies with their families. We are encouraged that as God Word goes forth, the shackles of mental and physical bondage will be broken to the glory of God.
First Corinthians Chapter 12 says we are all parts of the same body, but we each have our own distinct and vital role to play. In the same way, your part in these outreaches—supporting this ministry through your gifts and prayers—is just as important as my part.
When we each do what God is asking us to do, He gets right in the middle of our efforts and allows us to change the world.
Friends, we can never thank you enough. Please know that everything you do is affecting lives every single day. Together (you…and me…and God), we are able to reach “the least of these” in so many wonderful ways.
